Return Process

  Initiate a Return Request

  Log in to your Radium PCs account and navigate to your order history to submit a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) request within 30 days of delivery.

  Secure Packaging

  Carefully repack your PC or components in the original double-walled shipping boxes and anti-static packaging to prevent physical damage during transit.

• 3.
  Affix Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided by our support team and attach it clearly to the exterior of the package, ensuring all previous labels are covered.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the hardware integrity and serial numbers, your refund or exchange will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
