What is the typical build and lead time for a custom PC?
Each Radium PC is hand-assembled and rigorously tested. Standard builds typically ship within 5-7 business days, while custom liquid-cooled systems may take up to 14 business days.
Do you offer a warranty on your gaming systems?
Yes, every Radium PC comes with a comprehensive 2-year parts and labor warranty. We also provide lifetime technical support for the original purchaser.
How is the PC packaged to ensure it arrives safely?
We use double-walled reinforced boxes and internal expanding foam packaging (Instapak) to secure graphics cards and heatsinks during transit, preventing any movement or damage.
Can I upgrade my components after the purchase?
Absolutely. Our systems are built using industry-standard components, making them fully modular. Opening your case to perform upgrades does not void your Radium PCs warranty.
What kind of stress testing do you perform?
Every system undergoes a 24-hour burn-in process using industry-standard benchmarks like 3DMark and Prime95 to ensure thermal stability and hardware reliability before shipping.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, we ship to the United States and Canada. All international shipments are fully insured and require a signature upon delivery for your security.
